Double Standards
I worked at a place where the people and management were terrible, but the techs who made other techs look bad did it to make themselves look good. Two guys would undo things I had done during repairs or maintenance and announce it over the radio to everyone. So I began recording myself.
After I showed the video to my boss, I was told “you’re not supposed have your phone on the floor.” I also got written up. I left without warning during the busiest week of the year, leaving only two idiots handling calls.
