Code Yellow
I work as a psychiatric nurse in a mental unit. One female patient hated all female nurses. The patient refused to take the medication when the nurse brought it. The patient, as the nurse was leaving, did something unexpected: she jumped on her and pulled out her eyes. One of the staff members saw this and shouted “Code Yellow!”
The whole staff medicated the patient before she could cause any real harm.
