A messy situation
Barista Here This old woman would come into the shop several times a week. She would stay for hours and never purchase anything. She would only ask for water and a seat. I felt sorry for her because she was over 90 and clearly losing her memories. I had no idea that she was going to be a nightmare.
She would drink water the first few times and then leave. But she began to use the bathroom. This woman was probably wearing diapers and didn’t know when to change them. Every time she used our bathroom, we’d find poop. Not in the toilet. You can use any combination of the following: on the wall, floor, door or trash can.
Her poop continued to accumulate despite her attempts to clean it. In secret, we started calling her Poop granny. I spent many hours in my real life cleaning the poop of this woman from various surfaces. My manager had to eventually ban her.
