Dark Ritual
Paramedics are required to enter the dirtiest of places to pull people out. When I arrived at a scene, there was an officer standing in front of a truck. He smiled as I approached and said “Be prepared”. My jaw dropped as I walked into the room. It was covered in blood, chicken feathers and guts.
I was waiting inside for a guy with crazy eyes. He explained to me that he wanted to show his kids how to sacrifice properly. He had beheaded the chickens that his children kept as pets. It’s safe to say that the ride to hospital was a nerve-racking one.
