Creepy Crawly
I worked in low-voltage integration and wiring smart homes. As the lead prewire technician, I was responsible for all prewire installations unless another tech with more experience was present. As a young 24 year old, I would often be the one who went into crawlspaces or attics because the older men didn’t want it.
My worst fear has been met by me on more than one occasion. Two brown recluse and one black spider have bitten me. One of the brown-recluse spiders still has a mark on my side. What’s the scariest part? In the United States, there is NO anti-venom for the brown recluse spider.
