Mark and Jenny Rosman purchased their house in 2017 and discovered a hot tub when they were renovating the floor. In 2020 they refurbished it and said they were “overjoyed and shocked” when they found the random hot tub under their living room.
A Wisconsin couple bought the house from an older woman. She had not used her hot tub in years, so the woman turned it into an office or sitting room. They dug it out and have an $8,000 to $25,000 feature in their house for free (though they need to clean it).
