Running on the Runway
I was on an important business trip from LA to New York. The middle and aisle seats were both empty. I was sitting in the window seat. A woman and her 2-year-old child board the plane a mere minute before takeoff. The kid eventually starts throwing a fit because he wants walk on the plane as it is still on runway and his mother hasn’t brought any entertainment.
What does she do now? She lets him wander around the plane as it takes off. The flight attendants eventually bring the child back to his mom, but because the plane was in the air they couldn’t force her to leave. I’m stuck with the kid for 5 and a 1/2 hours.
