The cat is the problem
I was on a flight to Dallas Fort Worth from San Jose del Cabo. I was transporting a cat adopted to its forever home in North Dakota. This woman was able to get in with FOUR kids. The youngest child was under 2 years and the oldest was between 8-10. They would never stop talking. The oldest was playing on a cellphone, but kept screaming.
The baby cried the whole flight, and the two other children would fight and run around the aisle. The woman didn’t bother to control her little jerks. She would go to the toilet with the baby, and then return…with the baby still crying. The crying would go on and on, for hours. Then came the thing which irritated me the most.
The flight attendant asked me if I bought a pet pass and if my kitten was well-behaved. She then told me that the cat would be removed from the cabin if she was noisy. Will you throw the cat out in the middle a flight? Drop it in the cargo? The cat did not cry or make any noises that could disturb anyone.
She did not do much more than squeak when the plane took-off. You allowed four brats make as much noise possible to disturb all passengers. But the cat is the real problem? It is for this reason that I would love to see childless flights available.
