Be Careful What You Say
A passenger in the row directly behind me was aggressively asking for drinks from the attendant. At the time, we were still loading. He was warned two times. was warned by the senior attendant just as we were pushing away from the gate. He yelled at her while she walked off. She told him that we were returning to the gate, and he would be getting off.
We did. We were back on the road in 20 minutes. At the end, I congratulated the woman and sent an email to the airline expressing my satisfaction with her handling of the situation.
