Manage Your Expectations
A man once got very angry because he had his wife and kids on the plane and hadn’t pre-selected seats. He wanted me to swap my window seat with a middle in a different section so that his family would be together. But I pre-selected my window seat. Why should I be forced to give up the window seat I paid extra for because you thought that others would rearrange their seats for your family just to save money?
Flight attendants agreed with me and spread the family out in the cabin.
