The Whole Kitten Cabin
The worst thing I saw was a woman who brought two cats in hard-sided carriers. One in a large hard-sided bag as her “carry-on” and one in a smaller hard-sided bag as her personal item. She insisted that both cats be in the plane, even though neither carrier could fit in either the overhead bin nor under the seat. She was in group five, and she delayed us for over an hour arguing with the airport staff and attendants about where to put the cats.
I love animals but this was horrible and I’m certain the entire plane of passengers wanted her and her cat behind.
