Just The Minimum
I was a five-year flight attendant and spent each boarding at the front, saying hello to everyone who walked in. Fewer than 30% of people would respond with a hello. Say hello to your flight attendant. The plane’s size or delay is not acceptable to us either. If you are a jerk you will get the minimum service.
I often give away free drinks and snacks to people who chat with me as I pour drinks.
