Hill Street Blues, a popular drama series is enjoyed by a lot of people. The series starred Veronica Hamel, Daniel J. Travanti. Veronica played the beautiful public defense lawyer, Joyce Davenport. This show ran from 1981 until 1987. Veronica was a secretary for a while before she made the decision to pursue a movie career. After Eileen Ford found her in 1970, Veronica also became a model.

Rob Lowe – Still Creating
Rob Lowe was one of the most popular celebrities in 1980. We had to add him on our list. In the hit films St. Elmo’s Fire and The Grinder are two films where he portrays a criminal defense lawyer. Charlottesville’s actor, Rob was nominated in 1983 for the Golden Globe award for his role in The Thursday Child. Rob has a very busy career on the big-screen.
