Denzel Washington is an actor, producer, director and has won two Academy Awards in his career. In 2001, he played a corrupt police officer in the film Training Day. Denzel’s character could not be put in prison by a criminal defense lawyer. His first Oscar was for his role in the film glory in 1989. He also serves as the national spokesperson of Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
