You can’t beat them, but you can own them
I knew someone who bought an apartment building to evict a tenant. He was a rich man who had inherited his wealth. Everyone hated him. He was born into wealth, and he thought it made him better than everyone else. I’ve never met the man who was evicted but apparently, he wasn’t “respectful” enough and needed to be taught a valuable lesson.
