You’re not even a thought of money
Since I started working with the super-rich, the most bizarre thing I saw was a 90-meter yacht worth millions of pounds that was built in The Netherlands. The yacht’s first voyage took it to Antibes, France. The owner came aboard and left after only a few minutes. Next week, we were sent from Genoa to Italy where all bathrooms were upgraded and ripped out.
I’m talking brand-new marble floors, sinks, and showers that have been crowbarred. I’m referring to tons of brand new polished marble that was thrown away. In the weeks that followed, new marble patterns and colors arrived. There are three types of money: ‘feed me’, ‘in your faces’, and ‘it is not even a considered thought’.
