One of Everything
I went out to eat with my possible boss to discuss a new job. I believe he was trying to impress me by offering me the job at this stage. We went to a bar for tapas and he asked me what I wanted. While I was trying deciphering the menu to determine what would be enough but not too much he said “Let’s order one of everything”.
I was stunned. Sadly, I had no choice but to return home and miss this amazing opportunity. I’m sure that working with someone of such a caliber would have changed my life. But, unfortunately, it wasn’t to be.
