Eye For Beauty
I had a customer who spent way more than necessary on her wedding. She rented one of the most expensive venues in the city and had designer items everywhere. Seriously, it doesn’t matter if you spend $800 on fake eyelashes. On the morning of our wedding, none of this mattered. The disaster started at that moment.
Her mother was wearing the wrong shade. This bride screamed and cried at her mother for more than an hour, ruining expensive makeup and forcing the wedding to be delayed by an entire day. She was fined more than the cost of the venue, and all vendors had to pay overtime because we stayed past midnight.
We later learned that despite all the drama, the bride never worked and her parents were paying for everything. Oh, and this marriage lasted only six months.
