Waiting with Her
Martin waited for his wife to return home with him.
He promised to visit her every day until she recovered. He just hoped his baby was fine.
He left the hospital, and returned to a house that was empty. He was a little uncomfortable not having his wife, but everything would be fine. He was certain. In the future, however, he would not trust his intuition.
