Samantha was determined to remember the numerous times she had to negotiate, even when it was only about homework, with her students. She began by asking Nicole, “remember the time we talked about that book?” “Remember when we discussed that book? She reminded Nicole of their trust and appealed to her better judgement.
Trust the Balance
