Who was the one with a plan
They panicked when they realized that they may be stuck. They had no way to return to land without outside help. They could not get the engine to work, nor did their bow thruster. Someone had to act fast or else they would be stuck on that island forever.
Brainstorming Ideas
Fred shut down the engine, as it was not worth wasting fuel to try again. The crew brainstormed ideas around a table inside the cabin, but nothing seemed to work.
