Waiting
On arrival at the hospital they were instructed to leave the animals in the waiting area of the operating rooms and then return. The animals are not allowed to enter the operating room.

The Speculative Economy
Then they start to speculate what the animals might be. The wolf has a strong connection to these animals, even though they are not wolves. They could no longer control the wolf, so they let it into the operating room.
