Total Shock
The wolf has everyone in the hospital in a state of shock. Most of the staff flee in terror. Emily calms everyone down because she sees the wolf carrying a creature that looks small, but isn’t a wolf.

Evacuating hospital
Security starts immediately evacuating hospital. The wolves could hurt anyone. Emily tells them that the wolf is in need of help. They don’t seem to be interested.
Emily takes matters into her hands. It was Emily’s only chance to make a real difference.
