Faith and Tim’s unanchored upbringing was one of the main things they could bond over. Faith was raised as an adopted child with the feeling that she was an outcast. She told Southern Living: “I used to believe there was a conspiracy and that I must have been the daughter of one my aunts. Of course, I used to think I was Elvis’s daughter ….I am a gypsy. I had a spirit completely different from what my family was.”
Reba declines to accept the offer
Faith Hill was aware of her powerful voice from a young age, having performed regularly in local churches as a teenager. She formed her own band and added rodeos as a performance venue. She moved to Nashville, Tennessee at 19 years old to audition to sing with Reba. Faith would not have a lucky break.
