Many places have bizarre stipulations or offers for their guests. The sign is the best, though. If you add ten meows to your order, you’ll get a ten percent discount. This drawing is good, but has nothing to do about cats or meows.
The idea is to attract attention, get some customers and have some fun. It was fun to see an entire restaurant dressed as cats.
