No shoes, no service
Check to see if your restaurant will allow you to wear sandals and warm socks. For Pete’s sake it doesn’t look good. If you want to be warm, wear shoes. If you prefer the feel of sandals, then do not wear socks.
Some restaurants will even bar you from entry if you wear this faux pas. This is right. You shouldn’t even be allowed to leave your house if you’re wearing a tie and coat.
