El Arroyo is known for his zingers but this one does not pass the test. The pun is obvious – the average of a group of numbers is the mean – but any eighth grader could see it from a worksheet.
Most people just smirk and ignore the El Arroyo signs. We’re beginning to believe that this happens more often than the restaurant wants to admit.
